New Turkish Airlines Change Policy

Turkish Airlines has now canceled breakouts to over 70 countries and they're trying to keep up with the thousands of guests who have been trying to rebook or figure out what happens with canceled breakouts. Fortunately, Turkish airlines change flight and streamlined the policy about changes – which is great if you still want to fly with them. But, if you want your plutocrat back, that's presumably going to be a bit harder.
